Clarification on transaction error message

I received the following error message when a recurring transaction was being processed:

"Reason for decline: Exceeds withdrawal amount...

Oh, that makes sense. I thought it was someone repeatedly trying to post a fraudulent transaction. Thank you!

The name of the account and the amount are always identical, and the transaction is always declined. If I delete the temporary contact, it is just created...

The account in question is currently in temporary contacts where I left it after it was created last time. The order # is 1509240341221454059.
