Donation Amount not moving over after clicking donate button

Hello,

For some reason the donation amount isn't moving over to the donation screen. I select an amount > click donate an amount shows...

Im currently salesforce and using SKU's. is there a way to make test donations from campaign pages.

Campaign image wont uploade even if i change to the minimum pixels of 250 w x 159 h. Picture size is also less than 500kb. any help?
