Multiple Opportunities Created in Salesforce when Donor Selects to pay fee

Right now 2 separate opportunities are created when a donor selects to pay the fee for a gift. Is there a way to make this be just a single opportunity as the donor is making a single gift?

Yes, you will find that option under Settings > Opportunity>> Opportunity/Product. Opportunity can be combined based on Item SKU and Miscellaneous Fee.

We reviewed your instance and found that you have set to create each item as an opportunity, please see:



You have to change the Creation Type to Combine so that it will create a single opportunity.



However, if you allow us we will set up for you and reprocess data for the above order number.

We've done that. It's still not working. It just creates multiple orders. If you click next, we are up to 8 of them and it won't let us change them.

Is there any way I could be in touch with someone. I've put in a ticket about this and I'm not sure how those are responded to, but we've been trying to work on it for more than a week now with the same instructions, but it's not solving our problem.

We have made the changes to the first record and reprocessed the C&P Data of the following order#61666-230918103715812 and it creates only one opportunity.

Please note that it works based on the "Processing Order" first match exit.
