Hi- When in the new interface, on the left navigation, if you click into a sub-item, like Vault>Transactions, how do you go back to the main menu (where Vault is)? Browsing back is an error and the breadcrumb trail isn't clickable. Is the only option to refresh back to the main landing page? Thanks

You can always access the Main Menu from right side corner as shown in the below image:
