    Hello,
    Please install the newest Click & Pay version into our production instance. If you are releasing an upgrade in the next day or so, please install that one.

          We have upgraded your Production instance with the Click & Pay Suite.

          Be sure to establish the connection with Salesforce, and don't forget to check the box "Connect to Click & Pay Suite" in CONNECT 3rd Party >> Salesforce, as shown in the below image:​​

            Thank you for upgrading us! I have reestablished the connection, with the Click & Pay box checked, as you directed.

            With a few adjustments, most everything is working smoothly now. There are two things:
            1. The Virtual Terminal button on the Contact Page in Salesforce is not working anymore. It just gives me a blank page.
            2. In Clickits, none of the templates I select actually work. They all create the same, incorrect template.

            I have granted one month of access so that you can hopefully address these issues and upgrade our instance weekly, per your note.

              1. Yes, the Virtual Terminal button is from v9 and it won't work in v10. However, this will be addressed in the next release.
              2. We reviewed the Clickits and found no issues with the templates, it is working as expected. Would you please clear your browser cache or test in a different browser?

                Hello,
                Ok. Thank you for letting me know about the Virtual Terminal button.

                Regarding Clickits,

                I cleared the cache in my usual browser and also opened it in a different browser, and experienced the same behavior.

                This is the process I used after I opened Clickits:
                1. Clicked on +New button
                2. From the column of templates that pop up, I hovered over Clickit 8, and clicked Select Template
                3. The wrong template appears, and, as you can see from the screen shots, it has only the first text section and no buttons.
                4. I click on Edit, and try to add the other text section and buttons, but the editing panel shows that both text sections and buttons are Active even though they aren't showing on the template.

                I tried choosing all of the templates, and they all do the same thing. The wrong template appears (the same as in the screen shots), although with a different photo on some of them, and not all the elements are showing in the template, but are showing Active in the editing panel.

                Am I doing something wrong in my process? I was able to successfully create Clickits when we tested the upgrade in our Sandbox, and I think I am doing the same thing.

                  We reviewed and followed the steps you specified and the templates are working as expected. We have created a couple of ClickIts templates in your instance and all are different as expected.
