Are partial refunds possible with Click & Pay?

Sorry, partial refunds are not possible. However, there is an option in Virtual Terminal (using CONNECT VT or Salesforce VT) for Card on File. You can refund the entire amount and charge the card with a new amount on behalf of the patron using the 'Card on File" by loading the existing patron in VT.Regards,
