Opportunity name settings not properly migrated?

Next issue: in production, I have an opportunity name rule in C&P Settings that ends with 'Campaign'. In the C&P Suite version in staging, this naming changed to 'Item Campaign' which is throwing an error / making the opportunity name show strange characters / a null value at the end. This is for the Additional Fee transaction created today (there's only been one). Here's the Org IDs so you can look into this issue:
