  • Dashboard error in Sandbox, need to create new sandbox?

    Hi all - this is for this sandbox org ID: 00D7b000000A3yN and you still have 3 weeks of access (previously granted a month).

    Two things:
    1. The dashboard of Click & Pay is showing nothing except this error: internationalseniorlawyersproject--default--cnp-paas.sandbox.vf.force.com refused to connect.

    2. I just saw on another post in the forum that you are now asking everyone to create a new sandbox and you'll reinstall Click & Pay Suite there? Is that right? What does that mean re the Sandbox connector? If you do indeed need to reinstall the Click & Play suite in a new sandbox, can you also take care of any updates required to the Sandbox connector in production? If the answer to this last question is yes, here's the production org id: 00D5Y000002UY2V and I just granted you a week of access to the production org.

    1. We have fixed the issue. Moving forward you should not see the above error.

    2. Please note that upgrading the Sandbox instance with the latest versions of Click & Pay Suite doesn't require any update to the synchronizer app in Production. Last month we have an issue with the post-install script related to custom settings migration due to which we requested to create a new sandbox to make sure a smooth transition. However, since in your Sandbox instance the settings migrated without any issues, you don't need to create a new one.

    However, we have upgraded your Sandbox instance with the latest version of Click & Pay Suite.
