  • New transactions are not posting in sandbox

    Hello, In preparation for the Click & Pay upgrade, we created a partial sandbox and installed the connector in our instance. We then connected our instance to the sandbox.
    Before we request the upgrade in the sandbox, we wanted to make sure the Connector is working, but it isn't. New transactions are posting into our instance, but not into our sandbox.
    Does it take some time for the connector to work? In the Connector, does the Connected User need to be the same user as the one that connects Click & Pledge to Salesforce?
    If you need to take a look at the situation, I have granted login access to you for 7 days.

      The first transaction to occur after your above response, had an error and did not post, but everything else since then has posted without incident.
      Will you please take a look and see if you know what the error is, so that we can make sure it doesn't happen when it's critical? I have extended SF access for both our instance and sandbox for another week.
      Here is the error message we received (it is addressed to our Salesforce Consultant, 501Commons):

        Good day @Coleen

        The above error is from the Sandbox instance, not production. We reviewed and found that the above order number has ended up with an error in the C&P Data of your Sandbox instance because the above order number is a Recurring transaction and the associated contact does not exist in your Sandbox instance to process the data. To fix the issue, you have to create the contact record in the Sandbox instance and assign it to the recurring record and process the C&P Data.

                    As I was looking through the C&Pay Suite app in our Salesforce sandbox, I have two initial questions:

                    1. When I click on Dashboard, I get the following message: "seattlenightwatch--cpupgrade--cnp-paas.sandbox.vf.force.com refused to connect."
                    What is happening there?

                    2. Store/Events is listed as one option in the upper right "checkerboard" menu, but has two separate icons above the left hand menu. I wasn't able to navigate to Events separately, is there going to be a way to differentiate the two, and I'm missing it, or are they one combined option?

                      1. We have fixed it. Moving forward, you won't see that issue.

                      2. Yes, it is a combined option. However, I see what you are referring to; I have forwarded this to our team to review the left-hand icons.
