Hello, In preparation for the Click & Pay upgrade, we created a partial sandbox and installed the connector in our instance. We then connected our instance to the sandbox.
Before we request the upgrade in the sandbox, we wanted to make sure the Connector is working, but it isn't. New transactions are posting into our instance, but not into our sandbox.
Does it take some time for the connector to work? In the Connector, does the Connected User need to be the same user as the one that connects Click & Pledge to Salesforce?
