  • Problem in C&P Store

    Sandbox Instance: Org ID 00DEk000000FjuT​

    Hi: I was working in the Store in Click & Pay, and successfully reviewing my page with each update I made. Then, for no reason, when I went to review the page, I got the dreaded: Can you help? Thanks.

    We reviewed and found no issues viewing Store in Click & Pay. Please let us know on which page you are getting the error.

      I get it when i go into store and click "view store."

          It still is giving me the error in Firefox. In Chrome I can see the store page.

            Good day @Kate

            One of our developers reviewed your instance and fixed it. It is due to the Tickets/Products options at Admin were deleted after adding to the cart. However, in the next update, we are going to address this issue.

            Please test it and let us know if you see the above issue.
