    Hello! I just had a very smooth experience with installing Click & Pay in the sandbox and had no problem with setting up the synchronizer app (so grateful for that as I don't know how I would properly test the new platform otherwise). However - I just did two tests and found something very strange: both when using the virtual terminal (in production) and doing a donation via a C&P form, the transactions were created and synced to the Sandbox perfectly EXCEPT that in the sandbox, the donations all show up as 'memorial' tribute donations, which is wrong - I did not populate the tribute field in any of these transactions and in production the tribute field is (correctly) blank.

    I've given you 1 week of login access to both production and sandbox instances and here's other stuff for you:

    Production Org ID: 00D5Y000002UY2V
    Sandbox Org ID: 00D7b000000A3yN
    C&P Account ID: 61315

    The transactions in question are the only ones that occurred today - 7/13/23 and are all tied to my record in the database (Louise Kelly).

    Please note I have not touched any settings in Click & Pay in the sandbox. I did just find the custom mapping area and I can see the mapping appears to be correct (it carried over from what I had set up in production).

    Sorry for the inconvenience. We have identified the issue with the custom mapping and will be addressed in the next update. Please make sure that we have access to your Sandbox instance until next week so that we can upgrade your Sandbox instance once release the update.

      Great - thanks for the update. I just gave you Sandbox access for the next month, so you'll have more than enough time (plus I'm guessing other things may come up as we do more testing...).

        Hi I just wanted to check in - has this been fixed? Will we be getting notifications when new releases of C&P Suite become available?

          We have upgraded your Sandbox instance with the latest version of Click & Pay Suite. However, we have a release next week in which we are going to address the above issue. We will keep you posted here once we release the update with the above fix.

              OK just did a test (using virtual terminal in production) and the issue is resolved - the gift now correctly shows with the tribute fields blank. I just found another issue though - I'm going to post this separately so you can keep track of issues.
