Error message when attempting to launch virtual terminal

Hello,

I am getting an error message when I attempt to open Virtual Terminal in the sandbox version of click and pay. I have attached a screenshot of the error screen. I have also granted access to my sandbox account. Can you take a look at this for me? This is our instance: 00D8A000000P9Bd.
