  • Dashboard, Vault, and Ticket Designer won't load in sandbox

    Hello! I have been testing out Click & Pay in our sandbox environment (ID: 00D55000000P6KW), and I cannot get the Dashboard, Vault, or Ticket Designer pages to load. I'm attaching photos of how it looks. Everything else seems to be functioning properly. Any ideas how to fix these issues?

    We don't have access to your Sandbox instance. Would you please grant us login access to your Sandbox instance so that we can review it? We have released the latest version with minor bug fixes. Please grant us login access so that we will upgrade your Sandbox instance with the latest version of Click & Pay Suite and review the issue.

          We have received reports from our customers regarding post-installation scripts causing issues with the migration of custom settings, mappings, and other elements into the new format. We have resolved all reported issues with the post-installation script and will be releasing an update tomorrow. To make sure the transition of the installation is as smooth as possible, we request you create a new sandbox (either a partial or full replica of your production instance) and grant us login access so that we can gladly install the Click & Pay Suite.​
