  • Should Campaign and Record Type Settings Transfer with Click & Pay upgrade?

    Our sandbox (ID: 00D8K0000008hpc) just got upgraded and I noticed that the opportunity record type and primary campaign source settings had not transferred over. Both were set around Item SKUs. When I processed a Temp Contact in the sandbox, the C&P data went through but no opportunity was created.

    Were these settings supposed to transfer over or should I plan to reset them?

    We have fixed the issue in your instance. Now you can see the opportunity record types and primary campaign source settings.

    Would you please share the order number of the temp contact you processed so that we can review it?
