    I am getting the following email:
    Sorry but we are unable to establish connection with your Salesforce instance. Your application is out-of-date and needs to be updated to the latest release prior to establishing connection. Please submit an upgrade request.
    Account Information:
    • Click & Pledge account name: Upper Valley MEND
    • Click & Pledge account #: 30285
    • Salesforce Organization ID: 00Dd0000000dYD1

    Would you please try to establish the connection now? Please note that since you have not yet moved to Click & Pay Suite in your Production instance while establishing the connection make sure NOT to check the box that says "Connect to Click & Pay Suite" when you are connecting.

    However, we have upgraded your Sandbox instance with Click & Pay Suite.

    Please install the "Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" app in the Production instance and set it up so it posts data from your production to your Sandbox so you can test it and make sure all is OK.
