  • Sandbox Synchronizer not syncing opportunities

    I installed the Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer today - before I requested the Click&Pay upgrade in my sandbox. Do opportunities only sync over to the sandbox once the upgrade has been added to the sandbox?
    I was hoping to see a few opportunities process with the current system and see if anything changed once the Click&Pay upgrade was installed.

    Can you please check if my Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer​ is installed correctly?
    My production Org ID is: 00D80000000LajA
    My sandbox Org ID is: 00D190000004wNw

    I have granted C&P access to both.

    Once I get clarity on this, I am ready to get the Click and Pay upgrade installed in the Sandbox

    We reviewed and found that the transaction records are posted to your Sandbox instance and sitting in C&P Temporary contact to process from there.
