    Have you tested the new Click & Pay Suite in the Sandbox instance?

    We recommend you conduct a Sandbox test before upgrading to the production instance.

    You can test the Sandbox with the live data posting to your Sandbox instance by installing the "Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" app in the Production instance and set it up so it posts data from your production to your Sandbox so you can test it and make sure all is OK.

      Hi,
      My post was asking you to install the upgrade in a sandbox so that I can test. Can you install this in the partial sandbox? I have granted access.

              Hello,

              I'm running into an error message when trying to connect the Sandbox Synchronizer to the sandbox:
              - Sometimes when I click to connect, it just logs me in without asking to allow access
              - The times that it has asked me to allow access, I got this error message after clicking "allow":

                  Hello,
                  I've tried to connect it both via the standard and the custom domain. It still just logs me in without asking for permission, or if it does ask permission it gives an error or redirects.
                  If it's helpful I could hop on a call to demonstrate, let me know. Thanks!

                            We are able to log in and successfully connect to the Synchronizer app without any issues. It looks like you are not following the last step.

                            Please follow these steps:
                            • Select the Domain Type (Standard or Custom), in your case Custom Domain.
                            • Enter the Sandbox Login URL, in your case Custom Domain: https://justastart--jaspartial.sandb...alesforce.com/
                            • Click the ‘Connect’ button.​
                            • Login to the Sandbox and click the ‘Allow’ button when prompted.​
                            • You will be redirected to the Salesforce login page. Login to the PRODUCTION instance.
                            Please try it and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
