Good day @jerryc

We tried to upgrade your instance but it looks like you have granted us login access from a user who is not Admin or have some user restrictions that prevent upgrading the instance. It says "Verify Your Identity" even to view the User profile.

Please grant us login access from the System Administrator who has no restrictions.
