Sorry, but we are unable to locate your Sandbox OrgID in our subscriber list. Would you please cross-check the Sandbox OrgID? Also, please share the Production Saleforce OrgID and grant u login access.

We reviewed your Production instance and noticed that you have created a Developer Pro Sandbox which is the reason we are not able to see it in our Subscriber list. Please note that you will need to create either a Partial Copy or a Full replica of your Production instance in order for us to proceed with the upgrade.

Please check and see if you can recreate the Sandbox and able to grant us login access from the Sandbox instance.

Now, we can see the above Sandbox OrgID listed in the Subscriber list and are able to log in. We have upgraded your Sandbox instance with Click & Pay Suite.

Please install the "Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" app in the Production instance and set it up so it posts data from your Production to your Sandbox so you can test it and make sure all is OK.
