      Good day @joelr

      We recommend you conduct a Sandbox test before upgrading to the production instance.

      You can test the Sandbox with the live data posting to your Sandbox instance by installing the "Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" app in the Production instance and set it up so it posts data from your production to your Sandbox so you can test it and make sure all is OK.

      Note: Please include the Salesforce Organization ID and grant us login access to proceed with the upgrade.​
