Users who were granted access to the sandbox can log in from https://pbha--clickplay.sandbox.my.salesforce.com/ by appending ".clickplay" to their salesforce.com user logins. For example, if your login in your production account is [email protected], then your login for this sandbox is [email protected].

Login to Sandbox via the Production instance required to set up a password and authentications which is a time-consuming process. Would you please follow the simple steps specified in the following KB article and grant us login access so that we can proceed with the upgrade?

We have upgraded your Sandbox instance with Click & Pay Suite.

Please install the "Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" app in the Production instance and set it up so it posts data from your production to your Sandbox so you can test it and make sure all is OK.

Thank you for uploading Click & Pay in our Sandbox. However, we still have an issue because there should be a listing on this page called "Salesforce Connection" - but there are no third parties listed at all. Attached is what we see in the app:

The Salesforce Connection under 3rd Party you are looking for is under CONNECT. Please read this: https://support.clickandpledge.com/s...ons_to_CONNECT

Please note that since it is a Sandbox instance you don't need to establish the Connection. All you need to do is to install the "Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" app in the Production instance and set it up so it posts data from your Production to your Sandbox so you can test it and make sure all is OK.
