    Hello -
    You all installed Click & Pay in my Sandbox and I have logged in to check it, but am not sure how to test it properly before you install in production. I've granted 1 week Login Access to my org ID00Dd0000000gHgi

    Have you installed the Synchronizer App into your Production instance?

    Please see this post: Announcing Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer - ClickandPledge.com Support Forum

    Please install the "Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" app in the Production instance and set it up so it posts data from your Production to your Sandbox so you can test it and make sure all is OK. You can check the flow of your data, settings, and mappings are working as expected in the new Click & Pay Suite in your Sandbox instance. Once you are confident then please let us know we will gladly install the Click & Pay Suite in your Production instance.

      I have not installed the Synchronizer App. Is that something you all can assist with, as well?

        Sure, it is simple, login to your PRODUCTION instance and click on the installation link given in the Forums post at https://forums.clickandpledge.com/fo...x-synchronizer

        Once installed, grant us login access to your Production instance so that we can set up the Remote Site Settings, and will let you know the next step.

            We have added the remote site settings. Please login to your Production instance and open the Click & Pay Sandbox Synchronizer app and connect it using the following custom URL as shown in the below image: https://bringthepower--psspartial.sa...alesforce.com/

            Also, if you grant us login access to your Sandbox instance we will upgrade with the latest version of Click & Pay Suite.

                We have upgraded your Sandbox instance with the latest version of Click & Pay Suite. Since you have set up the Synchronizer app, moving forward the transaction data will post to your Sandbox instance.

                Please test it and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

                  Hello - since the package has been installed, I seem to be getting a lot more Temporary Contact notification emails - like for every contact, even ones that are matched in the system, so when I open up Temp Contacts, they aren't even there. Can this be fixed?

                      This is happening in our production instance. But I have granted login to our Sandbox and to Production, in case you need.

                        It looks like you are getting the Temporary Contact notification emails from your Sandbox instance not from Production. You have a Notifications task in your Sandbox instance and there are a lot of temporary contacts sitting there to be processed.

                          Ok thank you. I did check our Sandbox Click & Pay setup and transactions seem to be processing as normal. Is there anything else I need to do to verify that we can install this upgrade into Production?

                            We noticed that you have C&P Events installed in your instance with NO ACTIVE Events. Please note that once we upgrade your Production instance with the Click & Pay Suite, you can not use the v9 C&P Event app because the Click & Pay Suite is not yet compatible with old v9 Events. We are working on the compatibility version and expecting a release in a week. If you have plans to use the v9 C&P Events now, we recommend you wait until we release the compatible version OR allow us to upgrade to Click & Pay Suite in your Production instance.

                              Correct, I have no active events at this time, but plan on setting up a new event in the next week or so. Should I wait, or can you install? Will there be an option to copy over an old event from the v9? Or will we have to start from scratch?
