          We have upgraded your Sandbox instance with Click & Pay Suite.

          Please install the "Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" app in the Production instance and set it up so it posts data from your production to your Sandbox so you can test it and make sure all is OK.

                Hey there, I am noticing that it is not creating new C&P Recurring records, but there have been some in Prod. Should that be happening?

                  Good day @pedallucid

                  The reason for not creating recurring records because the associated contact does not exist in your Sandbox instance to process the data. You will find those transactions in C&P Temporary Contacts to review and process from there.

                    Ah yes the Temp Contacts. We are finding it difficult to test recurring donations via the synchronizer because of partial data in the sandbox. Bringing over a full set of data would be a massive lift. Instead of the synchronizer, is there a way to use a test credit card and put in our own transactions? I've seen this on some other platforms. Thanks

                      Good day @pedallucid

                      Sorry, there is no option to use test cards. Since it is a Sandbox, you can create the same contact > edit the master recurring record > assign the contact to it > and then process the temp contact using that existing contact so moving forward upcoming recurring installments will automatically get assigned.
