We have upgraded your Sandbox instance with Click & Pay Suite.
Please install the "Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" app in the Production instance and set it up so it posts data from your production to your Sandbox so you can test it and make sure all is OK.

I changed some of the opportunity names settings in the sandbox and now the donations are not coming over from production. Could you help troubleshoot?
We reviewed and found that all of the transaction data is posted to your Sandbox instance and the order numbers are sitting in Temporary Contact to review and process from there.

What would cause these contacts be in temporary contacs instead of getting pushed straight into the sandbox? They're getting pushed straight into the production environment. If we update to Click and Pay Suite in production, are we going to experience a similar error where contacts are being pushed into temporary contacts when they shouldn't be?
Those are recurring transactions and since your Sandbox doesn't have the associated contacts, they are sitting in Temporary Contacts to review and process from there.
