  • Request Installation of Click and Pay Suite

    Hello,

    Can you please upgrade Save The River to the Click and Pay Suite. 00D80000000LuyC. Access granted for 1 month. Can you please follow up with instruction on how to set up the sand box and then if all is well the steps to move forward from there? We do not have an IT department or a developer. I have to search for any and all instructions.

    Here is the SF KB article on how to setup Sandbox: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articl...ate.htm&type=5

    Once you create the Sandbox, grant us login access from that Sandbox instance so that we can proceed with the upgrade.

      Hello again, I believe I have created a sandbox so we can proceed with the steps to install the click and pay suite. The sandbox org. id is
      00D55000000PIwu
      and our organization id is. 00D80000000LuyC. I have granted access for one month. Please let me know if there is anything else required. Thanks, Bridget​

            Good day @Savetheriver

            We have upgraded your Sandbox instance with Click & Pay Suite.

            Please install the "Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" app in the Production instance and set it up so it posts data from your production to your Sandbox so you can test it and make sure all is OK.

              Hello,

              I have been trying to login in to my sandbox to install the "salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" but I seem unable to locate or login to my sandbox. We named our sandox 'paypal' but when i use my login [email protected] it does not recgnize it. Can you please advise to what I am doing incorrectly? Thank you, once again- we have no IT dept. here..

                We reviewed your production instance and found the user name is correct. Would you please try to reset the password of your Sandbox instance and try to login?

                  Hello again, I was able to login to my test site and set up remote test site (Paypal_Remote_Test). I then switched to Lightning (we use Classic) and clicked on the 9 dots to set up the Click and Pay Salesforce synchronizer and it cannot be found or located for me to install. Can you please assist as perhaps I missed a step? Thank you

                    We reviewed your Production instance and noticed that you have not yet installed the Synchronizer app. Please note that you have to install the "Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" app in the Production instance NOT in Sandbox. Once you install the "Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" app in the Production, please let us know and we will complete the remote site setting for you and let you know the next step.

                      Once again thank you for your assistance. I believe the synchronizer is now installed as I have received the email confirming so. Please let me know the next step when you are ready.

                        Good day @Savetheriver

                        We have completed the remote site settings in your instance. Now login to the Production instance and navigate to the Synchronizer app > select Custom Domain > use the following custom URL and try to connect it as shown in the below image:

                        • It will prompt the login page >> Login to the Sandbox and click the ‘Allow’ button when prompted.​
                        • Finally, you will be redirected to the Salesforce login page. Login to the PRODUCTION instance. ​

                            We have upgraded your Sandbox instance with the latest version of Click & Pay Suite. Moving forward the data will post from Production to your Sandbox instance. All you need to do is to check the flow of your data and make sure all is working as expected.
