    We have upgraded your Sandbox instance with Click & Pay Suite.

    Please see this post: Announcing Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer - ClickandPledge.com Support Forum

    Please install the "Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" app in the Production instance and set it up so it posts data from your production to your Sandbox so you can test it and make sure all is OK.

      Hello, I am trying to test the sandbox environment with Click and pledge. I have a question. I am trying to establish connection in the C&P settings. In the 3rd party integration, under salesforce,
      If I choose "Sandbox" as the "Account Type" will my campaign data gets moved to Sandbox?.
      Later, if I switch the connection to production would I be able to transfer the same data to production?

        You do not need to establish a connection to Sandbox.

        Please see this post: Announcing Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer - ClickandPledge.com Support Forum

        Please install the "Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" app in the Production instance and set it up so it posts data from your production to your Sandbox so you can test it and make sure all is OK.

          Ok, I haven't installed the Click & Pledge app in the production yet. We are still in the testing stage in sandbox. Can I install the "Sandbox synchronize"r in the Production without the Click and Pay App installed?. Will this tool work without installing C&P app in production?

            Yes, the "Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" app is to test the Sandbox with live data posting to your Sandbox without installing the new Click & Pay Suite in Production. You need to install the "Salesforce Sandbox Synchronizer" app in the Production instance and follow the instructions to establish the connection so the data will start posting from Production C&P v9 to Sandbox Click & Pay v10 to test it.

              I think it is not clear. This is my first installation of click and pledge. I do not have C&P V9 installed in production. I am using the app very first time. So my question is how do I test the app in sandbox for the first time without involving production. This goes to my very first question.

                I apologize that I missed that point.

                If I choose "Sandbox" as the "Account Type" will my campaign data gets moved to Sandbox? Yes, all transaction data will post to Sandbox.

                Later, if I switch the connection to production would I be able to transfer the same data to production?Yes, once you establish the connection with Production, you can post all of your data to your Production instance from CONNECT portal.

                By following the steps shown in the below images which are also specified in the slides shared in the above KB article, you can post the data to the connected Salesforce instance:

                In case of mass posting, you can share the start date and end date with us so that we can mass post the data to your connected instance.

                  Super. That answers my question. Thanks!!.

                  Here is another problem. I configured the connect to point to Sandbox. The connection was successful. I was waiting for all my transactions to be posted to the sandbox instance. But didn't happen even after waiting for more than 6 hours. So I tried posting one order manually from the connect portal. I got an error through an email message. Please see the error below. It doesn't look like the connection is working. How do I see log files to analyze what and where the error is happening and how to fix it?. Let me know if you can help.

                    I tried disconnecting the salesforce connection and re-established it again. Now, I get the following error:

                    "Sorry but we are unable to establish connection to your Salesforce instance. This may be due to a number of factors such as an out-date installation or missing components. Please grant Click & Pledge support access to your Salesforce account and contact support for review of your instance. Read more...​"

                    Note:If I remove the "Connect to Click and Play Suite" Checkmark then I can connect. But no use. Data is not posted to salesforce. Looks like some components are not properly installed. Please check.

                    I am giving access again and here is our instance details:

                    Our Org Id: 00DDz000001qdMk
                    I have granted account login access to click and pledge​

                      Would you please try to establish the connection now by checking the box for "Connect to Click and Play Suite" and let us know if that works?

                      Please note that previous transaction data will not post automatically to the connected instance. You will need to manually push them or share the start and end of the transactions with us so that we can mass-post them for you.
