    We have upgraded your Production instance with the Click & Pay Suite.

    Be sure to establish the connection with Salesforce, and don't forget to check the box "Connect to Click & Pay Suite" in CONNECT 3rd Party >> Salesforce, as shown in the below image:​​

      do we need to extend C&P access beyond the current one week? Do we need to grant you access indefinitely?

            I will extend access for one month. The VT issue is it is not working at all in Salesforce. If you log in to our Production Org and pull up the VT item or click a Quick Action button, on say, the Contact, to launch the VT, neither works as before, launching the VT. We are hoping to resolve this issue quickly, since we rely on the Salesforce VT quite significantly. Thank you, as always, for your help!

              Good day @erinp

              You can use Virtual Terminal without any issues in Click & Pay Suite by navigating to Vault > Virtual Terminal. However, the Virtual Terminal button in contacts won't work because that is from v9. We are working on it and hopefully, it will be addressed in the next release.

                    Hi friend, Just checking in about this. We've been having some trouble using Click & Pledge since the update.

                    In particular, we’ve noticed the following:

                    Donation records are being created without any Primary Contact.

                    Donations are being created without appropriate related Campaigns and correct Record Types. Also, a custom field called ‘Class Registration’ is not populating correctly.

                    A bunch of "Withdrawn" records being generated, which is new.​

                      I also want to check in about the following two transactions: 21389-230908232602152 and 21389-230908233113776​. There are two C&P Order Numbers but only one Donation (Opportunity) record. We want to ensure this person was only charged once.

                            PS If it is helpful, we also reached out to our developer for support, in case there is anything we need to do on our end, and he said the following:
                            "We are using Click&Pledge FaaS for payment processing.
                            We submit data to Click&Pledge, Click&Pledge process payment, and redirect user to payment success or failed page.
                            Click&Pledge app is installed in salesforce, and the app creates payment records in salesforce.

                            For Class payment we send "Registration" in ConnectCampaignAlias and for donations we send "Donations" in ConnectCampaignAlias to Clck&Pledge.
                            We send Campaigns to Click&pledge in "Campaign1" and "Campaign2" fields.

                            Click&Pledge app in salesforce recently updated.
                            Can you please contact Click&Pledge support.
                            Maybe there are some changes in new version that we are not aware of and we need to update in WordPress."
