To help us with upgrading your instance please make sure to:
We recommend you conduct a sandbox test with the latest version of our Click & Pay Suite released yesterday before implementing it on your production instance and once you are confident that the upgrade will not cause any issues, please let us know so that we can upgrade the production instance.

Sorry for the delay in responding to you. We have had reports of issues with post-installation scripts dealing with migration of custom questions to the new format in Click & Pay.
We have resolved all reported issues with post-installation but are a bit hesitant to install Click & Pay in production. Considering all the variations that our clients have in their instance, our challenge is to make sure our post-installation scripts work for all possible scenarios.
We can gladly install Click & Pay in your instance but we ask that you please wait until we have more data about possible issues. So far all appear to be stable but we rather have another week and start the production instances on July 3, when the traffic is low and interactions may be minimized due to the July 4 holiday.
Would you please grant us login access to your instance so that we can proceed to upgrade your Production instance with Click & Pay Suite?
We noticed that you have C&P Events installed in your instance. Do you have any Active Events running or have any plans to use v9 C&P Events until next month? Please note that the current version of Click & Pay Suite does not support the v9 Events. We are working on the Compatibility version and expect the release on 8th August.
If you have Active Events or any plans to use the v9 C&P Events before 8th August, we recommend you wait until we release the compatible version OR allow us to upgrade to Click & Pay Suite and Uninstall the v9 C&P Events from your instance.

We have upgraded your Production instance with the Click & Pay Suite.
Be sure to establish the connection with Salesforce, and don't forget to check the box "Connect to Click & Pay Suite" in CONNECT 3rd Party >> Salesforce, as shown in the below image:
NOTE: We have scheduled weekly releases addressing the issues in the Click & Pay Suite. Please make sure that we have access to your Production instance so that we can upgrade your instance with upcoming releases of Click & Pay Suite.
