  • Salesforce post-installation assistance

    I've installed the class libraries and the Donor package. We do not yet want the events package at this time. I'm currently looking for the minimal config that will allow connecting the Salesforce 3rd party integration to our production org. I've applied the connected user permission sets to my account. I was able to get connected to a sandbox following the same steps and did not setup sites. If you could assist with minimal configuration to get the 3rd party integration connected, that would be awesome.

    We reviewed your instance and noticed that you are at a year-old version of our apps. If you allow us we will upgrade your instance with the latest version of our apps.

    Once we upgrade your instance with the latest versions, all you need to do is to establish the connection in CONNECT.

      Yes, please upgrade. Note that I just recently installed the apps from the AppExchange, so I'm curious as to why they are a year old? Thanks!

        We just tried to upgrade but the access to your instance is expired. Would you please grant us access to your Salesforce instance so that we can proceed with the upgrade?
