    It appears that I'm able to upgrade them myself, although when I go to the "About C&P Apps" tab, the apps appear to be up-to-date.

    When I tried to connect to my Salesforce org, it told me:
    Sorry but we are unable to establish connection to your Salesforce instance. This may be due to a number of factors such as an out-date installation or missing components. Please grant Click & Pledge support access to your Salesforce account and contact support for review of your instance.

    Can you please check for me? I have granted access for a week.

      Would you please try to establish the connection using the SF System Administrator user and let us know if that works?

        It still doesn't work. Getting this message:

        Sorry but we are unable to establish connection to your Salesforce instance. This may be due to a number of factors such as an out-date installation or missing components. Please grant Click & Pledge support access to your Salesforce account and contact support for review of your instance.

        Keep in mind that this is a TEST system as I am a "partner".

          Are you integrating with your Sandbox instance? If yes, then you will need to change the login URL in CONNECT > 3rd Party Integrations > Salesforce Connection > Login URL = test.salesforce.com and try to integrate it.

                            Ah, we found that your Dev instance data storage limit is exceeded which is the reason you are unable to establish the connection. You will need to raise a case at Salesforce Support to increase the limit of your Data Storage.
