        Thank you for granting us access. We have tried upgrading your instance but are unable to due to insufficient permissions.

        Please grant us login access using an Administrator user. The current user does not have admin permissions and as such we cannot perform any upgrades.

          I had our administrator grant you permission. Were you able to make the update?

            Sorry, it is not an Admin user, and we can't upgrade it. We see that only Desjardins, Pierre is System Administrator in your instance, can you please ask Pierre to grant us access so that we can proceed with the upgrade?
