    Hello, our current Connection Status in C&P 3rd Party Integrations is Not Connected.
    I've granted Salesforce admin access for 7 days, can you please reconnect, perform updates, and sync any transactions during the lost connection period?

    “Please upgrade the Salesforce instance ID: 00DU0000000XpxX with the latest release. Access has been granted for 1 week”

    We've upgraded your instance with the latest versions of our apps.

    Be sure to re-establish connection with Salesforce: http://cnp.ooo/Salesforce-Connection.

    You may manually push the transactions data to Salesforce from Connect but if you want us to mass push the transactions data to SF then please share the following details:

    Please provide the following:
    Your Click & Pledge account Number:
    Start Date of transactions:
    End date of transactions:

    If you have an autoresponder set up, they will be sent so you may want us to mark disable for not posted order numbers? please confirm.

      Thanks for the help, I reconnected successfully.

      Yes, please mass-push the transactions between Apr 6 and June 8, and please disable the autoresponder per your suggestion.
