    Click & Pledge Account Number 61308

    Entering CnP_PaaS_EVT.ActiveEventPage as a Site's Homepage gives "Error: No rows found"

    Please give post-Installation advice or reinstall the correct way. Thank you.

    Good day @BZCCP

    We reviewed and noticed that your instance doesn't have the SiteLoginController default class which is causing an issue. You need to raise a case at Salesforce Support or if you create a sandbox and grant us login access we can create the site and push it to the production instance.

      Hi.
      Thank you for the fast response. I both created a Sandbox and opened a case with Salesforce. You still have a week's access to my account. Do you need anything else to resolve this issue? Thank you.

        Please share the Sandbox instance OrgID and grant access to your Sandbox from Admin user.

          Hi, thank you. Salesforce told me to enable Digital Experiences and to see if that solved the issue, which I have done. Does this solve the SiteLoginController issue?
          The Sandbox is pending still. I will post the info when it is available. Thank you.

              No, it doesn't resolve by enabling Digital Experiences. However, we have fixed it and you are good to go now.
