    We have upgraded your instance with the latest version of our apps.

    It is always best practice to re-establish the connection after each upgrade: http://cnp.ooo/Salesforce-Connection

    Regarding the pushing data to Salesforce, given this mass push to Salesforce is a path of no return, meaning once a button has been clicked there is no way for going back we need to ask for your confirmation of a few things:

    Please provide the following:
    Your Click & Pledge account Number
    Start Date
    End Date
    Do you want the Autoresponder to be ON or OFF - in other words, do you want us to trigger the autoresponder when we post?
    Do you want to post only the data which is failed to post or all in the above-given date range?

    Once we have confirmation of the above we will initiate the push.

    Transactions Not Posted to Sales Force

    Hello,

    After the last Update on March 19, 2021, I must not have reactivated my connection to Sales Force, or I did it wrong. I have just discovered that over 100 transactions have not been posted to Sales Force. Is it possible for you to post everything to Sales Force since March 19, 2021? Otherwise I would need to do this one transaction at a time. Can you help with this?
