  • Insuffienct prvileges when dealing with Temp Contacts after upgrade...

We recently upgrade Click and Pledge in Salesforce and afterward had trouble with our temporary contacts. Got an error about insufficient privileges. Our company ID is 00DA0000000BaOy. I granted access for 1 week. Let me know if you need any other information.

    Good day @michaelsalop

Please try to process the temp contact now and if you still see any error, please share the username who is trying to process the temp contact.

I tried this morning and wasn't able to. The following user names need to be able to do this:

      [email protected]
      [email protected]
      [email protected]

But really if it could just somehow be included in the "System Administrator" role, that would be great.

      Thank you,

      Mike

Looks like it's working, at least for me. I'll check with my coworkers, but I'm assuming we're good. Thanks for your help.
