We have upgraded your instance to the latest versions but unable to complete the post-installation. In order to complete the post-installation, we need to have the Force.com domain set up



Please set this up and let us know so that we can complete the rest of the installation. Note that you cannot easily modify your Force.com domain name after the registration process.

I'm not familiar with setting up a Site.

Do you have any instructions or tips for doing this?

The image shared in my previous post clearly shows how you can create a site. However, if you please share the name of the site you want to set, we will gladly create it for you.

So when we set up the org, we created a domain name on the My Domain page.

How is that different than the URL set up on the Sites page?

The site you are referring to is the custom domain name but NOT force.com site. Please review the SF KB article about the site: https://help.salesforce.com/articleV...iew.htm&type=5

Salesforce site is a feature of Salesforce. There is nothing to worry about. If you have event or using Autoresponder, the images need to be served from a site. Salesforce site sets that domain so you can use it.

It is free and part of the installation. It is simply something you have not set up. Please set that up or lets us know the name so that we can set it up for you.
