    Unable to establish connection "Your Salesforce Instance is not up-to-date".
    Remote Access has been granted for 1 week.

    I see that your instance is up to date. Would you please try to re-establish the connection now and let us know what you see?

    Also, please share the username from which you are trying to establish the connection. Please note that the user should be the SF Admin user.

      I am still unable to establish the connection. The error message I receive is "Sorry but we are unable to establish connection to your Salesforce instance. This may be due to a number of factors such as an out-date installation or missing components. Please grant Click & Pledge support access to your Salesforce account and contact support for review of your instance. Read more..."

      And the account is the same as when the connector was working a few weeks ago. I've double checked that is a System Administrator with the C&P Admin permission sets assigned.

                I am able to connect to the Sandbox environment, however I can not connect to the Production. This is a time sensitive issue, so your assistance is greatly needed. Thank you.
