    We just reviewed your instance but unfortunately, we do not have access.

    Please grant us login access as an administrator so we can update your instance. Instructions are provided at the top of this page in the light green area in the "information Needed" section.

      I have fixed it, after a bit of difficulty following directions. Your technical directions at the link above are out of date (at least for me).

      Your instructions stated:
      Grant Login Access

      You must give Click&Pledge permission to login and make these changes on your behalf.
      1. In Salesforce, click your Name (in Lightning, your User icon) in the top right of the screen
      2. Click 'Setup' (in Lightning, 'Settings') from the dropdown Setup is a tab next to my name, not a dropdown from my name
      3. In the left column, click 'Personal Setup > My Personal Information' (in Lightning, 'My Personal Information') There is nothing called "Personal Setup" in the left column. To get where I needed to go, I had to click on my name, click on My Settings, then scroll down and click on Edit My Personal Information, then when THAT opened, I clicked on Grant Account Login Access
      4. Select 'Grant Login Access' (in Lightning, 'Grant Account Login Access')
      5. In the row for 'Click & Pledge Support' choose an Access Duration, 1 week recommended.
      6. Click to Save.
      Please fix your technical instructions to match the reality of what we see on Salesforce. Thanks.

        I'm sorry you did not find the Lightning instructions in parentheses helpful. Lightning is the more common presentation of Salesforce now, so it does make sense to present the Lightning instructions as primary.

        Thank you for letting us know. We will revise the instructions to reflect the Lightning approach rather than the classic approach.

          I was not in Lightning, I was in classic view. Both instructions were wrong

            We have upgraded your Salesforce instances as requested.

            IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: It is IMPORTANT that you re-establish connection to Salesforce. The connected user must have access to various objects and the following access levels:
            • Be an administrator
            • Have the following permission sets assigned:
              • PS-CnP-PaaS-Connected-User-ONLY
              • PS-CnP-Event-Connected-User-ONLY (If the event is installed)

            PLEASE NOTE:

            1- Your account may show that it is already connected, but this does not mean the new fields have posted to Salesforce. Please “DISCONNECT” and click on “CONNECT” again to establish connection.

            2- If you make any changes to the information on this page, you will see an “UPDATE /VERIFY” button instead of Connect. Click on the Update/Verify button to re-establish connection.

            As part of this upgrade we have performed the following tasks:
            • Installed the latest updates of Click & Pledge’s Salesforce applications
            • Performed the post-installation steps
            • Reviewed the existing connected user’s profile and ensured the following permission sets are assigned to the existing connected user:
              • PS-CnP-PaaS-Connected-User-ONLY
              • PS-CnP-Event-Connected-User-ONLY
            If you change the connected user please make sure the above permission sets are assigned to the new user.
