    Our attempts to upgrade the PaaS app do not seem to be working. We need to raise the case at Salesforce Support to debug the issue. Please grant access to Salesforce Support so that we can work together.

        Good Day @EBrand
        1. In Salesforce, click your Name (in Lightning, your User icon) in the top right of the screen
        2. Click 'Setup' (in Lightning, 'Settings') from the dropdown
        3. In the left column, click 'Personal Setup > My Personal Information' (in Lightning, 'My Personal Information')
        4. Select 'Grant Login Access' (in Lightning, 'Grant Account Login Access')
        5. In the row for 'Salesforce.com Support' choose an Access Duration, 1 week recommended.
        6. Click to Save.

                      Hi,

                      I need to set up a new event in Salesforce. Will Click and Pledge correctly collect the payments and put the information into Salesforce at this time? Will there be a problem with upgrading while an event is active?

                        Until we start the update your instance there will be no issues with Event registrations. So, you may proceed with setting up a new event and start the registration but please let us know the date and time you would like us to upgrade your instance because if the Event is going through active registration the update will take the event offline during the update.

                          Hi,

                          How long does the upgrade take? The event is June 10 and I am setting it up now. I would like to complete the update ASAP, but I need registration to work for the event.

                          Since you started to update do I need to disconnect and reconnect Salesforce? I am currently in test mode with the event and can't enter attendees when I do a test registration. I wondered if the issue was the partial update.

                            Upgrade won't take more than half an hour. You no need to disconnect but we always recommend to re-establish the connection once your instance upgraded to the latest version.

                            As soon as Salesforce Support resolves the issue, we will upgrade your instance. However, before we proceed with the upgrade, we will let you know.

                              PS: Regarding the adding attendee's issue, it is due to the static resource failure which is Salesforce issue, not C&P. Please see: https://success.salesforce.com/issue...A0000003vkDQAQ

                              It might be get resolved by the end of this month.
