          I still receive the same message. My C/P login email is [email protected] and at instruction of my Kell Partners consultant I am logging in with a different email address that is the logon for new Salesforce instance ([email protected]). Would that generate a conflict? When I click connect to salesforce, I am taken to SF login, but repeatedly cycled back to this screen. Thank you.

            The email which you mentioned above is Connect users or SF users? I don't see those above two emails listed in either Connect Account#36964 and in SF instance: 00D41000000cDjV

            Please share the SF username through which you are trying to establish the connection.

              The [email protected] email/username is for C&P and my current SF instance. I am building a new SF instance which I am attempting to success to CP; the email login for that is [email protected]

                The Salesforce Org Id you have provided is for Project Transformation Central Texas, instead of Center for Open Science. There are no users in the Project Transformation Central Texas instance that have "cos.io" addresses, including "[email protected]".

                The Click & Pledge account cannot 'talk' to Salesforce unless it uses a Salesforce login that has permission to do all the things the app would need to do in Salesforce.

                There's the login (call it Login A) you would use to log into the Click & Pledge account administration interface, aka CONNECT. Login A is kept in Click & Pledge's database to allow you access to your C&P account. Login A has nothing to do with Salesforce.

                You use a Salesforce login (Login B) to tie the Click & Pledge account to Salesforce. Every time Click and Pledge sends a transaction to Salesforce, it uses "Login B" to login to Salesforce and add the transaction data. That's why you see a Salesforce login screen once you click the button to connect to Salesforce.

                So you need to use a Salesforce login that has System Administator permissions, or has been assigned the Connected User permission set that can be used for C&P to talk to Salesforce. This login also needs permissions to Account, Contact, Opportunity, Campaign, and Campaign Members.

                  [email protected] is the Salesforce admin login associated with this account.

                  This is the 'Login B' email I have been using as instructed to connect CP to SF repeatedly w/o success.

                      In order to complete the post-installation, we need to have the Force.com domain set up

                        I was following back with your request, and we have not heard back from you about setting up a Site name, and we no longer have access to complete post-installation. C&P Event Management will not work unless this post-installation in Sites is completed.

                        Please let us know once you've granted access and set up a Site domain, so that you can get started using C&P Events.
