    Sorry but we have tried to upgrade your instance and realized we do not have access.

    Please follow the instructions at the top of this page and grant us access. Once we have access we can go ahead and upgrade your instance as requested.

      I think it stuck this time. I would choose it, click save. Looked OK and then I'd go back in and it would show no access. Took three tries. Lightening experience is so slow

        We have upgraded your instance as requested.

        It is always best practice to re-establish the connection after each upgrade.

        However, we are expecting the new release hopefully by end of this month so please make sure we have access to your instance so we can update your instance with the latest release.
