  • Changed primary contact - how can we update that info in SalesForce?

    We changed the primary contact on our Click & Pledge account (36422), and want to update the SalesForce connection to reflect this. Can you help us with this?
    Our SF organization ID is 00D50000000MxHR

    Good day @olevine

    You can change the Connected User by logging into Connect > App Launcher (4 squares in top right corner) > Settings > 3rd Party Integrations > Salesforce Connection. Then click the button to 'Verify'. If the existing Connected User is still 'cached', then the screen may return a 'Success' message; otherwise, you'll see the Salesforce login screen so that you can integrate with the respective SF user (must be Admin).

    If you aren't prompted by the SF login screen, go to Salesforce > C&P Settings > Accounts, and delete the listed Account. Return to Connect and repeat the steps in the first paragraph.
