    Hello,

    I received the following email below. I am uncertain what to do to fix the issue. The transaction was authorized and posted within the C&P app in our salesforce instance, but did not create an opportunity related to the existing contact.

    We also recently switched our instance from Classic to Lightning, updating the domain, to a 'my domain'. Would that be an a source of the issue?

    Please let us know what we should do to fix this issue.

      Please grant "Click & Pledge Support" login access so we can review the issue. The error states that the connected user, through which we post to Salesforce, does not have access to an object that we need to update. This typically (if not always) happens when the connected user is not an administrator and has limited access.

      The connected user is the user that was used in CONNECT to establish connection with Salesforce.

      To resolve this issue you could either change the permissions assigned to the user and make that user an admin or establish connection using an administrator login. If you wish to keep the same user we will need to change that user's permissions.

      If we are to change permission for the user we need to have access both as that user as well as an administrator. We will login as the connected user and determine what permissions are missing and then login as the administrator and assign the missing permissions.

          Good day!

          It seems like the reference campaign has been deleted.

          the above link is to the campaign that is no longer in Salesforce. The system is trying to map to it and returns an error.

          The campaign has been mapped in the C&P Settings:

          The C&P Settings needs to fixed and reference to that campaign removed so the data can process.

            Where in the C&P settings can I find the campaign mapping? I can update to the new campaign. But I'm not finding it when logged in to the user portal, under settings.
