    HI I went on the support forum yesterday because I began receiving this error. They said I was missing an update and would prefer you do the upgrade to see if it fixes it. I will go ahead and grant priviledges today to minimize wait time as I preferred to have up before Thanksgiving. Below is a copy of the error

    We just reviewed and noticed that the issue is with the Custom Mapping you have defined on the Account object under C&P Settings>> Custom Mapping >> Custom Question Map:

    And the answer to the above question is Empty. Please see:

    Since the Account Name is a required field, it is giving the above error while updating the record.

    Hope you see the point.

    Either you need to remove the above mapping OR make that custom question required field on your form.

    However, we have upgraded your instance with the latest version of our apps.

    It is highly recommended that you login to the Connect & re-establish the connection. You may see that your account is already connected but this does not mean the new information has posted to Salesforce.
