  • Are upgrades needed to our account?

    I found the message below in my old ED's email. Are we up to date? Are updates needed on our account? How can I be listed as the primary contact for our account?

    Our records show that your Click & Pledge Salesforce apps have not been upgraded and have reached their end of life for support. Data has stopped posting to your Salesforce instance because it is out of date. Please submit a request to the Click & Pledge Forum for immediate upgrade assistance.

    When requesting free upgrade assistance on the Forum, please be sure to grant "Click & Pledge Support" access to your Salesforce instance and include the following information:

    Organization: myFace
    Click & Pledge account number: 50663
    Salesforce Instance Org ID: 00D1I000003nnIs
    Click & Pledge app version: 9.1808160013
    Package release date: 8/27/2018

    Yes, you are up to date. In order to change the primary contact of your account, you will need to open a support ticket requesting a contact update.
