  • sandbox refresh needs to reconnect

I've refreshed our partial sandbox today. And now I'm trying to get our CnP test account [Association for the Study of Literature & Environm (39447)] connected to our refreshed sandbox CnPTest (Org Id: 00D4F0000000tSu).

I've attempted to set the connector in the 3rd party integrations section of Connect, but the connect fails. The error message is very vague.

I've provided CnP support access to the Org under my account.

    Good day @sorenparis

May I know what is the error you see. It looks like the issue seems to be connecting user is not an admin has no permission to view that object.

Please try connecting with an ADMIN user (SF) and let us know if that works.

Sorry but we are unable to establish connection to your Salesforce instance. This may be due to a number of factors such as an out-date installation or missing components. Please grant Click & Pledge support access to your Salesforce account and contact support for review of your instance.

This happens after I enter my SF user credentials. My user has an admin profile.

The sandbox is a partial sandbox. When I go to the CnP settings... there is another error. I'm wondering if there are obj record missing that is affecting the settings page from loading

When I try to load the CnP settings. https://cnp-paas.cs93.visual.force.com/apex/xmlsettings

              I get this error message:

Encountered premature end of XML: no more data available - expected end tags </PaymentFor></PaymentDescription></CustomizeSettings> to close start tag <PaymentFor> from line 1 and start tag <PaymentDescription> from line 1 and start tag <CustomizeSettings> from line 1, parser stopped on START_TAG seen ...<PaymentFor show="tr... @1:255

An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS)

I corrected the problem with the settings page not loading... I found the field VT Customize XML on the setting overview edit page had incomplete XML. I coped over the prod XML and now the settings pages load. However... they are reporting values for CnP prod account. and it doesn't allow me to change that. I'm assuming this gets updated/corrected once we get the CnP platform to connect to SF?

This is the latest in regards to this thread started by our SF support person. I have gone into the SF sandbox as admin and granted access to CnP support for 1 week. Org Id: 00D4F0000000tSu
Please advise if you can now access and help us to connect the test account.

When I tried to verify the connection in CnP connect, I got this message:

One of our developers reviewed your sandbox instance and asked you to try to establish the connection now and let us know what you see.
