    HI,

    We are getting an error on C&P again regarding our version of the SF integration. This causes the integration to be down until the upgrade happens, so it is critical to get this sorted out ASAP.
    Can you please assist?

      Hi,

      We tried re connecting and keep getting the same error that our application is out of date and needs to be updated

        May I know the username from which you are trying to integrate with? Please integrate with ADMIN user.

          It is an Admin user. The same one we've been using since we first installed the integration a couple of years ago. username: [email protected]

              So, the integration is mostly working now. However, ever since the upgrade , we are starting to receive the following error:

              "Invalid field MailingStreet for Account"

              This never happened before. We've never had a field to capture that... Can you advise how to fix it?

                    In reviewing your instance we noticed that you have not saved/update the C&P Settings which is the reason you see the above error. However, we have updated the settings and now you can re-post the C&P Data to fix the error.
