    We have installed our apps in your Salesforce instance as requested.

    In order to complete the post-installation, we need to have the:

    1. Force.com domain set up

    Please set this up or let us know your organization's website so we can set this up and complete the rest of the installation. Note that you cannot easily modify your Force.com domain name after the registration process.

    2. Establish the connection between Salesforce and Connect.

        I tried making a donation from a Connect Compaign I created. I was able to donate $1 but it did not post to Salesforce.

          I went to support and got Click & Pledge connected to Salesforce. But now I am trying to create a Thank You letter in the Designer and it wants a Salesforce Public Site URL. How can I create that? Thank you for your help

              My auto-responder is not working. I am trying to send a thank you auto-responder. Was just on the live support and we couldn't fix it. Please help!

                Hi Emily,

                I reviewed your settings again, didn't see anything wrong, so I went ahead and set up the version for the one-time payment version we discussed and resent the autoresponder.

                Good News - We made it to the queue! I'm a bit concerned that the time listed is showing noon- so that wasn't my test. I'll check it in the morning to make sure it's moved to the log, and if it hasn't, I'll review with our team.

                  We reviewed the case again this morning. The Autoresponders use the site to publish any images and such used in your email. The fact that the autoresponder can get to the queue, but not get sent led us to review the Site Settings again, and those settings are correct.

                  We tested your domain at https://status.salesforce.com

                    Can you explain what isn't working properly? I set My Domain to Tamba, and when I login that is what my URL says.

                      I spoke with Salesforce, they said there was an issue, but then they said it was fixed. They told me I wouldn't be able to look up my domain by it's name, only by its instance (NA112) which I did and it was there.

                      I went to resend the autoresponder and it went into the queue, but it did not send. It says 0 attempts:

                        Salesforce is not helping me with this. They keep closing my case saying they salesforce support doesn't help with me not being able to find My Domain on that website. Can you please help me figure out what I should do next? What do I need to do to be able to send the auto-responder emails?
