  • Sandbox post installation

    Hi,

    A client of mine signed up for click and pledge and today I connected connnect to the sandbox (never been connected to production) to test the invocing functionality. I followed the steps outlined in the online knowledge base, as well as, jumped on today's officer hours, but we couldn't get the "new invoice" to open up. Amanda thought it would be tied to a post installation issue.

    I added settings and policy.

    Sandbox name is Click
    Org Id - 00D1g000000Cya1
    I have granted login access
