    I received a connection failure email notification which said I should request an upgrade. Here are the details.

      Do you mean Grant Login Access within Salesforce? I granted login access immediately after submitting this ticket. Can you check again? I granted access via sfit@outdoors.org, our Admin integration user. If you respond with access issues again, I'd appreciate further details and instructions so I understand what you're talking about.
